Terms and Conditions

A full refund will be given with at least 24 hours notice prior to lesson. A 50% refund will be given with 8-24 hours notice.

With the exception of a session cancelled within the timeframe described immediately above, all payments are non-refundable. We are committed to delivering high-quality and personalized tutoring experiences, and we assure you that every effort will be made to ensure your satisfaction.

Tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance; both the tutor and student are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. Any request for rescheduling a session will be treated as a cancellation (per above) and the booking of a new session, at the discretion of the particular tutor. The availability of rescheduling is subject to the tutor's schedule and may not always be possible.

We expect all students to maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor during tutoring sessions. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of tutoring services.

Video or audio recordings of tutoring sessions are considered intellectual property. Therefore, reproduction, redistribution or sharing of such content without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

Any personal information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

While we strive to provide the best possible tutoring experience, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. The tutoring business, its tutors, and representatives are not liable for any academic performance, grades, or test scores.

The terms and conditions are subject to change at the discretion of A1 Math Tutoring. Any significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students.

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through communication and negotiation.
